Any time you change the needle plate on your AMAYA machine(s), whether it is the standard needle plate or the raised needle plate, you need to make sure the needle plate is centered around the needle.
If the needle plate is not centered, you may experience problems with trimming and sew quality. To do this, go to the Head Timing tab in AMAYA OS (in the Maintenance menu). Click the Bottom Center button. Check to make sure the needle plate is centered around the needle. If it is not, adjust the position of the needle plate as necessary.
