Moving

You can also move items once they are selected. When you have an item selected, whether it is an entire project, a design, or element you can move it around in the View Window. As mentioned previously, when an item is selected, a selection box is displayed around it. To move the selected item, move the cursor inside the selection. When you see this cursor , left-click, hold down the left mouse button, and move the item to the desired location.

You can also move elements (and designs) in the Project View. This changes an element's location in the View Window and in the design (that is, it change the order in which the element will be sewn). To move an element in the Project View, left-click the element, hold down the left mouse button, then drag the element to the desired location.
