There are several tabs under Tools->Security. The two most important tabs for the user are: General and Levels.
The General tab shows what security keys are attached to the computer and their serial numbers.
The Levels tab displays the current product level. If upgrading to another product level, this is where the Melco-supplied password will be entered. The most basic product level is DesignShop Lite, which is primarily a lettering system. The next product level is DesignShop, which contains lettering, editing, and limited digitizing. The next product level is DesignShop Pro, which contains everything in DesignShop plus digitizing with graphics. The highest product level is DesignShop Pro+, which contains everything in DesignShop Pro, plus Auto-Digitizing.
