System Information is a tool in DesignShop that produces a text file containing information about the user's computer, operating system, DesignShop, etc... This feature is found under Tools->System Information. The file, named "DsSysInfo.txt", is sent to the root directory of the C: drive. The file can be helpful when the user has to call Melco Service for any reason.
